quick fields scan is not placing template

I created a session in Quick Fields. When I go to Quick Fields Scan and run the session it appears to be working but when I say store all it merges the documents with the original document and does not place a template or place it where I designated it to go. 

I don't understand why it does everything I set up in the testing and creating application but not in the scan application.

Were there any errors or warnings when you opened Quick Fields Scanning? Can you double check that the session you opened in Quick Fields Scanning is the same one you created and published in Quick Fields?

If so, can you please provide more information about what your session is doing? Ideally with screenshots showing behavior in both applications?
