variables are not shown in the instance details

we design a form and its work perfectly with showing all variables in the instance details , recently the variables are not shown in the same window ( instance details ) and the message (( There are no field variables associated with this process. )) is appear, as shown in the image below :

Does this happen to all the instances or the newly created ones? When you add variables as columns in the instances table, is there values for the variables of these instances?

thanks for your replay ,

yes this happen to all instances also the old ones , yes when I add the variables as columns its value is shown . and please note that the whole process is working fine except the problem I mentioned in my questions !!!

Can you open the instance detail with Chrome and right click and select "Inspect" to open Developer Tools to see whether there is any error in Console tab? There may be some JavaScript errors that cause the page to not display the content correctly. If that is the case, can you check whether you can reproduce this issue if you copy the process, then start a new instance of that copied process? 

If can reproduce, please open a support case with your VAR and provide the download process as the JavaScript errors for us to do further troubleshooting.

We open the instance detail with chrome and in the ( inspect ) - Developer Tools in '' Consol tab " there is an errors as shown in the image below . 

 thanks again and we'll open a support case with our VAR .
