"The Given Key Was Not Present in the Dictionary Error" when trying to renew license in LFDS

asked on February 13, 2017 Show version history

Hello,

I have a user who is trying to update their LFDS applications so that their max version is 10.2. As I am aware, this can be done by renewing the master license. However, when trying to renew the master license using the "renew master license" link, they receive the error:

"The Given Key Was Not Present in the Dictionary Error"

Has anyone seen this before in relation to renewing the master license in LFDS?

I have attached a screenshot of the full error.

Thanks!

The issue that Peter and Charles ran into has been resolved. In this instance, this was caused by the missing Forms Portal License feature in the master license.  That issue had to be resolved through Laserfiche Production/Licensing.  Once that was resolved on the LF end, the Directory server was updated with the new master license.

For the benefit of other readers, a Case was opened with Laserfiche Support for the issue. This thread will be updated once the case is resolved.
