I fund another post on this but I still do not see how this works.  On version 10.1 we are running a text search that I know is there (confirmed in the text pane).

A Term Search of a number with a dash.  Yet it is never returned.  In fact everything after the dash seems to be ignored.   Trying various advanced with double quotes and such never gets us what we need.  

The instance I know is there is 01928-270.

We never get the whole thing with the dash, only the pieces on either side.  We have tried fuzzy as well.  So what we would like to do is do a *1928-270* but on text and we cannot seem to do that.

Any ideas?
