I'm not very familiar with differences among editions of QuickBooks, but according to the list of confirmed applications, "QuickBooks 12 Enterprise" has been confirmed externally; that is, by an end user not in our testing. I'm not sure if that's the same thing.

If not, unless someone else from the community can comment on this software in particular, your best bet would be to go ahead and use the Test Utility to see for yourself whether Connector would be able to pull the desired data from the application. If the Test Utility does not work with QuickBooks 2012, you should fill out the Application Compatibility Form with the data from the Test Utility, which will be sent to the Connector team for consideration in adding support for the application in future releases. (And if it does work, please do still submit the form so we can add it to the list of applications!)
