Hi is there any way to give users access to see forms and processes in instances they were not directly involved with?
I think you can assign the user task to a team the users are part of, and set the team up so that they can view all user tasks in the team. Then they should be able to review the tasks assigned to anyone in the team, not just themselves.
Yes but this would require someone to close out that task?

If it is a user task, it needs to be performed by someone, there is no way to make it performaned automatically.
Only process admin can view all the detail of the instances of a process, non process admin can see limited information(variables values) with report.
Can participants view the reports?
Participant can't see report, only named user can be set to view report.
