Is Web client replacing Web Access and do we need license for it?

It's just a name change. The web client is included with Rio and Avante.
I know Web client install software come with Rio and Avante download.
When you say included with Rio and Avante, do you mean the linence for web access included in LF Avante too?
I know it was included with Rio version but not the Avante.
I installed LF 10.2 and when I was adding Web client it asked for Licenses key and I added Web Access license.
My client has LF Avante and license list does not include Web Access license, he still needs to purchase Web Access license to be able to install Web client, am I right?
