Workflow email not sending attachments

A very simple Workflow that searches for a document in the repository and attaches it as Email is not sending the attachments, as it's working originally it sends a .lfe file as attachment saying that The activity was looking for an entry but found a folder and sends the folder file.

 

All changes have made the activity not send any attachments at all.

In my case the email server was not configured correctly to recieve the prompt to send an email, unrelated to LF, client-side IT fixed the issue which is why no ticket was opened.

Did you come to a solution on this one? We are having attachments mysteriously not coming through on workflow email tasks but not getting any errors.

No he did not. No case was opened. Please have your re-seller/solution provider open a case with LF Support so we can look deeper into the issue.

Is there a way I can open directly with LF Support? I haven't had much luck with other issues trying to go the VAR route.

Thanks Alejandro. Still an open issue and mystery for us. We have an open support ticket with Laserfiche. I was able to actually setup a test workflow to reproduce the issue.

The only case we have open for Frisco ISD is for Workflow.  Do you have a case number for the specific 780 issue?

This would have been opened by Docunav. They have told us they opened up a case with Laserfiche (this would have been done in the last couple weeks). Is that not the case?

Our case # is 199722. Is that the same as the workflow case?

Yes, we are asking the VAR for the subscriber trace log.
