I have a workflow (Business Process) that sometimes will terminate and other times says that it is complete and yet still does not send an email to all recipients. Is there a way for me to track which emails have been sent? Is there a way to be notified if it terminates?
One question I have is, when I create the Assign Token Values should the Token Tag be set to Email and the default String be unchecked?
I have talked with our IT department and they tell me that on the completed workflows that the emails that are not being received by the recipients are not being seen at the email server. Is it possible that I am overloading the email server by sending to many at once. They tell me no.
My end goal is to send email with attachment to all active employees.
