Quick Fields 10 slow or fails to retreive documents from 10.2 server after update?

We have a client who were upgraded to LF Server 10.2.0.872 last week and they have tried to process documents using Quick Fields (10.0.0.976) now but are experiencing issues. Either the retrieval (via Laserfiche Capture Engine) is very slow (2-3 minute delay before the first document appears) or it hangs for over 10 minutes without pulling any documents in.

I'm having a closer look tomorrow but wanted to see if I was alone or not?!

A customer expierenced this today moving from 8.3.1 Quickfields to 10.2.1 and server upgrade to 10.2.1. 6 PPM capturing they reverted back to QF 8.3.1 and went back to 200 PPM. Anyone have any answers for version 10.2.1 Quick Fields Laserfiche capture?

Virus protection was turned off during testing.

Is Laserfiche Capture Engine configured to retrieve fields from the source documents? We have noticed a performance issue when this option is enabled in some scenarios. If you uncheck that option, is scanning much faster? TFS 26423 is the bug that was filed for this.

It was selected and he turned it off which did not change anything. We did get a slight increase by changing the connection to an IP Address.

A hotfix for bug #26423 is now available for Quick Fields 10.1. See KB 1013873.
