continue scanning from last page scanned

I have a scan operator that is unable to use the button "continue scanning from last page scanned" as it is grayed out.  I haven't changed any settings so I am wondering what permission has changed?

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Turned out to be a corrupted user account.  Recreated a new account with the same permissions and security settings and it was good to go.

Is this in Laserfiche Scanning or Quick Fields? What version are you using? Are you using a physical scanner or Universal Capture?

Hi,

We are using the Laserfiche scanning and it's version 9.1.  The scanner is physical and it uses a TWAIN driver.
