cannot start service LFWFServer on computer XX

Hi

We have an error with the workflow server, the service is stopped, and when we run the configuration option of the workflow server it’s say that the service is stopped. When we try to start the service it tells us “” with the comment an instance of the service is already running.

Did you check if there is a Laserfiche.Workflow.Server.exe running already?

yes, we check, but only have one service running.After We restart the server, we can restart the service but after lest that a minute, the service stop and when we try to restart we get this error.

It's probably best if you take this to Tech Support and attach a copy of the Logs folder as there is not enough information to troubleshoot.
