I created a evaluation form, it suppose email an unfinished form to other  user to add comments before submit it.

However, as soon the user get the email, It can be opened but not to be edit.  I used the reverted method, to let other user email me their unfinished form as a saved draft, When I tried to open the form, I have the same problem to edit the form.  Any suggestion ?
