Unable to see the Lookup Rule for a given process

The Process has a single lookup rule.  When I run the process, it works.  However, while in the form, when I go to view the Lookup Rule for that form, it tells me that there are no Lookup Rules and I can create one.

 

Very odd...

What happens if you add the rule again? Does it stick?

I am afraid to because the rule is working.  I just cant access / see it from the Forms config area.

When I add a new lookup, nothing changes.  The 'hidden' lookup still runs and my new lookup does not.

What version of Forms are you using? Can the issue be reproduced if you download the process then upload to create another one? If do, can you open a support case with your VAR by providing the downloaded xml so that we can check what data get wrong with that process?

The var contacted me.   I checked the process and its working and visible again.   I don't know what happened.   But it's working.
