Reason for downloading dialogue - DocuSign

Hello,

When we select a document and say “Request Signature with DocuSign”, it comes up with the dialogue that asks “Reason for Downloading”. The “Select a reason” is empty and it is not letting us move forward form this point. Why are we getting that Reason dialogue please?

It looks like there was an issue in some versions of Web Access where it would incorrectly prompt for an audit reason if Export or Print were audited for a user but no reasons were configured.  It has been fixed as of 10.1 Update 2.
