Hi Daniel,
The Product Download Access role is required to download the VM from the Support Site. You can request the role at https://support.laserfiche.com/requestroles/ and a User Admin in your organization can grant that role to you.
The VM will also be available at the Info Center during Empower if you aren't able to download it beforehand.
