I am trying to come up with a solution to allow iphone Forms users to save filled form as PDF local to device

asked on February 2, 2017

First, we are accessing Forms via a browser and not the mobile client as we are not able to login with the Mobile client to forms, only the repository.  We have an open ticket with our var regarding that.

That said, I am trying to come up with a solution that will allow the iphone use to save a copy of the filled Form on their device.  I found the article https://www.igeeksblog.com/how-to-save-webpages-as-pdf-on-iphone-ipad/  which said we should be able to use PDFmyurl.com.

I would like an option where the form would have a button that when clicked, would run the script needed.

Or as an alternate option, can I use the Save as Draft option?  Or does that only store the draft form on the server?

Thank you for your thoughts.

If you are using the browser can you not just use the Download option after the form is submitted?

Clearly because that would be waaay to easy.  I always wondered why I would want to use that option.  So, I forgot it was there.

Thank you for making the obvious, obvious once again.
