Is there a option when creating a annotation from mobile app on the IPad to make it Private or Protected Annotation?

Customer wants to be able to create annotations from there IPad and make them private annotations. We are able to do this from webaccess and the LF client but not on the IPad.

Yes this can be achieved at the webaccess level. The user can go into to the options settings under advanced and choose private annotations. See attached . Hope this helps.

To further clarify on Nadine's post. This will only work at a Web Client level. the settings there, do not control anything on the Laserfiche App side.

The Laserfiche App currently is unable to apply private annotations, but this feature is in the works and should be in the next release of the laserfiche App. So until then, any settings you do on the Web/Windows Client for private annotations, will not appear on the Laserfiche App side.
