Where to see FormsSubmissionID in the Forms Portal

Hi All,

 

I'm trying to match the Workflow history and Forms Service calls.

I've the Submission ID in the workflow. This submission ID not seems to be seen in the Variables tab under the instances information in the Laserfiche Forms.

Forms variables also not to be seen in the tokens of Workflow instance.

Hi Kirrubananthan,

The Instance ID and/or Submission IDs are not shown in the variables tab in instance monitoring, however you can view them in the column display. In "Instance Monitoring" click the "Change Column Display" button, then select "Instance ID":

You can also open an instance on this page to see the submission ID at each step.

In Workflow have you tried setting the "Started By Laserfiche Forms" option? As this may give you the Forms tokens you're looking for. This can be set in the workflow's properties here:

This is useful. 

I would like to add one more point here, Submission ID will be available within the Form instance detail page as a column. Each form within an instance will have different SubmissionID.
