Attempt to Print a Large Workflow Generates "Failed to create a printable copy of the workflow" Error

I have a large workflow that I need to print for a meeting tomorrow but whenever I try to print it or export it as an image, I get an error message that reads "Failed to create a printable copy of the workflow".

A case was opened for the issue. We were able to print the WF without any issues on our end. It turns out that the issue was with the print driver on the machine.  Worked once that was addressed.

Although not an optimal solution, have you considered a screen capture program like Snagit? It allows for capturing scrolling areas that are off screen. I'm not affiliated with the company, but use it all the time.

Could you have your reseller open a support case and attach a copy of the Workflow, please?
