No email notification in user task after upgrade to 10.2

Dear All , 

we had the LF Forms 10.1, it was working fine.Then we decided to upgrade to 10.2. everything is working okay except for the email notification in the user task. 
I am using the user task to assign to Windows account, synchronizing the information of the windows account from AD already configured in the configuration page of LF forms. 
It was working in 10.1, and every one has his own email in the account page of the forms. 
The email service task is working as well. 
i am assigning the user task based on the initiator variable and other declared variable and in both cases, the email service task works, but not the email notification from the user task. 

Please Advice. 

Server Version : windows server 2012 R2 Datacenter 
Forms Version : 10.2.0.782 upgraded from 10.1

This is a known issue for Forms 10.2.0.782, please apply the hotfix here to fix it

thank you , i have already opened a case and applied the hotfix mentioned.
