After you downloaded the Rio zip file, did you right click on it and go to Properties and choose to unblock it before you extracted the files?
Yes, I did. It is unblocked. I am a local admin and have full access to the setup.exe for LFDS.
I am going to try and re-download the files.
I downloaded the files again. I unblocked it before I extracted the files. I still received the same error. I made sure their is no anti-virus and UAC is set to never notify.
Are you right clicking on it and running as administrator?
Yes. I am running as administrator. But, it shouldn't matter anyways because I turned UAC off.
I am importing the files from our screen sharing application, right now.
UAC is not really off for administrators in newer versions of Windows. It's probably best that you run the installation with logging and provide the log files to Tech Support.
