Stamp disappears when creating a new document from PDF to Tiff in Laserfiche

Are you importing these PDFs and generating pages for them upon import and noticing that the stamps are not on the images?

If these are PDFs that already exist in the repository and you are generating pages for those, then you'll need to check Tools > Options > Generate Pages

If there's still an issue, can you provide a sample PDF?

These are PDF's that have been emailed to me or created on my PC and then dragged into Laserfiche. This will then create a new document. However the stamp is missing.

Thanks for reporting this issue. SCR 153950 has been filed for it. We'll update this thread when a resolution is available.

I tested it on my machine with 10.2 and it still wouldn't work there either. I think I will need to make a support case for this.

Affected customers and VARs are encouraged to open a support case with Laserfiche Support. Support case is the main route for customers and VARs to receive status updates and notifications about software issues.
