Missing "Open With" functionality in Mobile App on Apple Devices?

Hi guys,

With App (and App Server) version 10.2, our customer's Apple device users are reporting that they are unable to open MS Office documents as there isn't an "Open With" option, yet their Android device users have no problem. The App Server Configuration is set to allow exporting to other apps, and users are able to save documents locally, but not open them in the MS apps on their Apple devices. Is there an additional setting that needs to be updated on/for Apple devices?

Hi Mike,

Does the user have the "Share" button in their doc viewer on the bottom bar? The share option copies the file and opens in another app like "Word" iOS app.

A side note about the Android app is that it has both "open in" and "share" options because they return a different 3rd party app list. Only "Open in" will detect and return the apps which can open the exported file.
