Open up your WebLink Designer and go to the Search results tab. Here you can arrange how your search results will appear. You can choose what information shows up directly, the order in which it appears, and what is hidden underneath the "Show more information" arrow. To answer your question specifically, yes, you can change thumbnails from "Show minimized" to just "Show" and it will appear for each search result without having to click the "Show more information" arrow.
