I have a customer that is trying to generate pages during the PDF import process and getting images that show an error message rather than the pages from the PDF.  When the attached PDF is imported with the generate pages option, every page has the below image.

Any ideas on why this is happening and how to fix it?  They can successfully snapshot it, but that is a much slower import process, as they must open the document in Acrobat and then print it.
