Hi ,

I am downloading content from LASFERFICHE 10.2 running Windows 7 Pro as the OS and 6 gb of ram, while doing so I have received the error : Invalid pointer   [6000:0x80004003] on .jpeg images only [so far] Tiffs seem fine.

The error appears multiple times under folders/sub folders, the downloaded .jpeg data is blank but looks fine in LaserFiche 10. I have also noticed that even when there is no error indicated, some images downloaded as jpeg are blank but look fine in LaserFiche 10. I have since changed the download type to tiff. however the files that were generating errors as jpeg are still generating errors when downloaded as .tiff

Also, my LASFERFICHE  directory is 30 gb larger than the downloaded content in windows format about 66 gb in Windows format 94 gb in lafdata directory [ maybe I am comparing the wrong folders?] is that normal? How do I know that all data is downloaded correctly?

There are no errors in the Windows event log.

I have imported a test tiif and jpeg. Both downloaded fine as tiffs [ I changed the default image format option  to: Tiff group IV IMAGE:  [B&W only] in laserfiche options.
