Our employment application has a collection for work experience. The applicant can add up to ten collections to list out all their work experience. Recently, job applications sporadically come in with their employment dates out of order.
For example:
1st Collection - Start Date: 6/2016 End Date: 10/2016
2nd Collection - Start Date: 10/2014 End Date: 2/2015
3rd Collection - Start Date: 2/2015 End Date: 6/2016
4th Collection - Start Date: 10/2016 End Date: Current
It is possible that the applicant is putting them in out of order, but it would be illogical. The Assistant HR Manager thinks that maybe the data is mixing up. Has anyone else ever experienced this?
