We'd like to be able to have a manager assign initial due dates and priorities to form instances, but also allow the staff working on the form to change the priorities and due dates as needed (without having elevated permissions in the process). So, my thought is to get the initial due date and priority and store them in fields, which can then be modified by the staff. Modifying the due date or priority will immediately send the form back to the same user task, updating the priority and due date using the fields.

Thoughts?
