Failed to load image

Hello everyone,

I'm currently experiencing the following issue with QF. The session has 3 document classes and is pulling from a network location. The QF session works fine and then it reaches a point where I receive this error message. If I review the images that were loaded into the running QF session I am able to view them though none of the image processing that I have listed has been done. If a support case is needed please update the thread indicating so.

I suspect you may be running into an issue that was fixed in Quick Fields 10.

From the List of Changes KB article:

  • LFOmniOCR.exe now works correctly when using Universal Capture and an OCR process. You no longer receive a "Failed to load image" message for certain documents. (142010)
