I have a workflow that has a Wait for Entry Change and in the next step I set a token to the User Name of the user who satisfied the wait condition.
Later when the workflow does a lookup in AD for that user to add a note to the entry it fails for certain users because it is looking for an old AD id (i.e. their name was changed in AD).
For example the old AD id = DDuck and it was changed to DonaldDuck but Laserfiche somehow keeps setting the User Name to DDuck - where is that coming from?
I have checked the connection in Laserfiche admin to make sure the Laserfiche user was set to the new AD user name but am still getting the old one.
I am out of ideas as to where that old AD user name is coming from, any one have a clue as to where to look?
