Task Unavailable - LF Forms

I've noticed a few times recently where a user has a task assigned to them, but they report that they can't see the task in their task list.

If I log in as the process administrator, I can see the assigned task, but when I click on the instance-step to pull up the form, I receive the error "Task Unavailable - This task has been reassigned and is no longer available."

If I re-assign this task to another user temporarily, then back to the original user, they're able to see it in their tasks list and approve it.

Does your task allow direct approval? We have fixed an issue in Forms 10.2 for tasks disappear from tasks list after direct approval in certain case.

Have you tried to update to Update 3 or restarting the Forms server?

Not yet, but it's on my list for the end of the day today.

Hi Josh
Did you solve this? We have a similar problem with missing tasks on some users, the process do escalating but as the users don't see the task it keep going to the next step.

I updated to 10.2 and the problem went away.

Hi Sheila, can you open a support case with more details? Can you provide a video that can show the issue occurred and the backup of the database that can reproduce the issue?
