We are forwarding this question to the Laserfiche Development team. We have a client who has integrated Web Access into another software suite. The integration works just fine. However, when a link is clicked it opens a new parent window. If the link is clicked again it still opens a new window. Is it possible to have a name embedded into the webpage so when a window already exists and the link is click, it uses the same window and refrains from opening multiple windows?

It's technically possible to reuse a window that the application has already opened, but how would Web Access know that the user is done with that document? It would make it challenging to do things like compare documents side-by-side. And if the user has unsaved changes on that document, they won't be able to open a new one without losing their work.
