Question

Could not get document information. Access denied [9013]

asked on January 12, 2017

Good Day,

I have 1 user out of 21 users who is experiencing the following error: Error Code 9013. See error details below. To troubleshoot I have done the following:

1. I have checked her access rights on Field, Folder and Template - All was 100% correct and was the same for other users.

2. I have deleted her profile and re added it. Still same issue.

The user is able to still index the document and the process still takes place so it doesn't halt the process at all. She is just getting the error. Very strange.

Hi Robert,

This almost certainly has to be something to do with Folder Security/scope configuration. If you move the document to a different folder, does the user still get the same issue?

I have a customer who is getting the same error, when we create a test account in the Repository.

Our issue is that the user cannot delete a document created in the folder, but if a folder is created with a folder, they can delete the folder.

We have checked Volume Access, Feature, Entry Access, for this user and all of them show this test user should be able to delete folders and documents.

Appreciate any insight you might have.
