6 users max at a time can read the documents?

Hi,

Is it possible to allow access to a file to 6 users at a time? It could be different users but only 6 at a time.

No, Laserfiche has no functionality to enforce this.  It will allow just one user to have a write lock, but readers are not counted and the server is not notified of when users stop reading.

 

What is the use case for this?

The customer has confidential documents and he only wants 6 users max to access as Read-Only, why he wants this, cannot tell, he sent me the request by email. I was just wondering if it is possible..I will speak with him tomorrow and see why he wants it this way...
