web access setup (10.1)

Hello,

On the setup step of "Register to a License Manager", I get the message Setup could not establish a connection with the specified License Manager server. Please check your server name and credentials.

 

I could ping the License Manager server.  I also tried switching off firewall on both servers, but still the same message when I click on the NEXT.

What can I check?

Please see attached screenshot.

Does it work with the current user credentials?

I feel silly for not trying before posting this question, but yes, current user credentials did work.

I was following the installation notes and was sticking to what our document was describing.

All is good now.
