Laserfiche App and Forms on the Demo LaserRepository

I just downloaded the Laserfiche Demo VM and had no issues getting everything set up except for using Forms through mobile. I believe the issue is that its requiring the FQDN and the VM is no linked to a domain. Is there a work around for this?

Hello Eddie,

I assume for the VM, it is running on laserfiche App Server 10.1. This was something we were aware of on the 10.1 versions, and have since addressed this requirement of the FQDN in 10.2

 

However while you wait for the 10.2 release, you can use the IP address instead to work around this issue. 

We are also aware that your network may be changing periodically depending what connection you use, which may result in the IP changing as well. But for now, unfortunately, until the 10.2 laserfiche App server is brought into the VMs, this would be the work around for now.

Thank you, its on the same server so I figured that 127.0.0.1 may work. I added it into the config, I just need to test it.
