Just to verify, to reproduce this issue I will be using  Audit Trail version 10 , then create a new report to return events based on entry created or modify within an specific range date. That works so far correctly, results are returned. Then I add a filter with an specific path from the repository, where documents have being confirmed to be created or modify within the specified range date. Running the report returns no results.  An scr (software change request) will be file on your behalf. Development is working on the next release for Audit Trail, we will check if it works in the upcoming release.
