We've run into an issue on a system we did an upgrade for where after the upgrade they are not able to see the full file structure if they open a contained folder. The only user able to see the full structure is the admin. The users search for a file in the search bar and double click the file folder which creates a pop out window. In the pop out window they can only see the folder they are currently in even if they have rights to view all of the others. If the users don't search and manually go through the file structure they can see the full structure as they go deeper into it. Currently there system is on Laserfiche 10.1. We tested giving the users manage trustee rights which fixed the issue but we can't give that right to every user. Is there anyway to fix this without manually changing every folders access rights?

The folder structure will be hidden after 'open containing folder' if the user lacks Browse or Read on any of the parent folders, or if a security tag is hiding a folder from a user. Make sure there is no access right set on one of the parent folders to block Browse/Read for everyone.
