Hi Matt, if you are a User Admin you should be able to go to "Company Profile" in the "My Support" section of the Support Site, or https://support.laserfiche.com/companyprofile which should default to your current organization. At the bottom, past the list of current products, is a list of users where you should have a link to disable the account.
