Hi, I am a new user to LF and I have the task of creating our Technology Request form. I am still in the training phase, but I have created the form and am now mapping out my process. If anybody has created a process for a Technology request type form would you mind sharing examples? Our process seems simple: Employee submits form, their dept director approves, IT manager reviews and approves, IT personnel is assigned the task. Once the IT personnel is assigned, the manager wants to somehow note that the IT personnel made contact with the employee/department with a mtg scheduled, date and time. I am not sure how to note that??? Any helpful ideas or suggestions will be gladly accepted!
