How can I to request a reason for a redaction?

In the audit information you can request a reason for a deletion but I need one for redaction's also.  Does anyone know how we can add this?

Hi Beverly,

The list of reasons is configured in the Laserfiche Administration Console under the "Auditing" tab of the user or group you want to require reasons for. You can require reasons for all users at once by configuring them for the Everyone group. Note that you need the Advanced edition of Audit Trail to require users to enter reasons for performing certain actions.

Hi Beverly,

The list of events which you want to require a reason for is predefined and cannot be configured. In this case, the only thing you can do with Audit Trail is to track when annotations were applied / deleted from your images or when any actions were performed on your annotations (i.e. moved around pages, moved from one page to another, etc). You cannot trigger a user to enter a reason for redacting your images.
