Route Entry to User - Routes the Entry but Doesn't Complete

I have a Route Entry to User activity that I am trying to use in an existing workflow in place of a simple Move Entry activity - So I have created a short testing workflow before bringing the activity into my larger workflow. I am getting the activity to routes the entry in the repository correctly, but then it stalls the workflow, the activity just says it is executing with no further messages.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi Megan,

Have you tried using the "Find Group" or "Find User" activity instead of using the "Retrieve Field Value" activity? From my understanding, you're workflow is able to dynamically route the files to the "Reviewers" folder, but is failing to locate the "Reviewers" group because you can't store users or groups in fields. I would specify the group in the find group activity, set their default folder, and then use the token generated by that activity in the "Route Entry to Reviewer" activity instead. I also find it very useful to use token trackers to look at what values are assigned to the fields at various stages of activities.
