How to debug a LF workflow that is initiated by forms.

I am working on a form with data that need to be capture by workflow to insert in a DB, something its not working but I can be sure what it is Because I can debug a LF workflow that it first element its "RETRIEVE BUSSINESS PROCESS VARIABLES", Its there a way to achieve this?,  where do I get the Forms Instance ID?

Did you enable the workflow properties to include 'Started by Laserfiche Forms'?
(click the green start activity and then 'View workflow properties' in the right corner.
Once you do a new set of tokens will be avaliable, including the instance id.

Why do you need the Forms Instance ID? If this workflow is started by Forms, then set the Retrieve Business Process Variables to "the instance that started this workflow".

actually what I need to do is to debug this kind of WF, to know what could be wrong, but as is a form that start the WF I can find a way to do it.
