Web Access vs Laserfiche client data size calculation discrepancies

asked on December 30, 2016 Show version history

I imported several briefcases for a customer.  The briefcases were imported into 2 different repositories and the data size calculations matched up between the desktop clients for each repository, and web access for each repository.  But not between the desktop client and web access for either repository.  One of the repositories is on LF cloud using Web Access 11.0.1.  The other is Web Access 10.1.0 (our local repository version of web access), the data calculations for each matched up against each other.

In each web access: there are 5473 folders, 7101 documents, 57768 pages.

In each desktop client the results are:  5472 child folders (I get the parent folder isn't included), 7101 documents, and image count of 57747.

Does anyone know why there would be a page count discrepancy between the two?

"Image count" in the desktop client is the number of pages that have an image portion, but "Pages" in the Web client also counts pages that have no image portion (i.e. just text).
