Submitter could not open the form draft which the forms linkage was emailed to them

Submitter could not open the form draft which the forms linkage was emailed to them by save it to their email.

Although the Access right already set for these Submitter, but they could not open the form which was emailed to. What may need to process? The forms at my process are alright. Attached is submitter received LFError. Please advise me. Thanks!

Hello Helen,
It seems I had a similar error when I first attempted to have my team submit a form. I had emailed them a link to the form, but then had made changes to it saving it with a slightly different name.

Not sure that this is what is going on for you, but it is worth a try.

Try sending them a new link. If the form is already published, you can go into Publishing Options and copy the link or resend it from there.

Another follow up.....The link I had originally emailed out had a forms generated identifier at the end of the link. I actually had edited the link to reflect what the form was.

Example of original "Forms generated identifier" name:

http://scuba/Forms/S1iPO

What I renamed it to:

http://scuba/Forms/Premises_Inspection

Once I resent the link with the updated name, my team was able to get to the form.
