We have already looked at: https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1013444/changing-the-default-date-format-for-save-to-laserfiche-and-save-to-repository-service-tasks
and hardcoded the format the customer wants but even after restarting the forms routing service it still does not change the date format. They want yyyy-MM-dd
Can someone enlighten me on where this can actually be changed that works? Their server regional settings are also set this way.
