Is it possible to restrict a users ability to perform actions in the repository? 

Can we remove the users ability to 'delete' and 'import' for example? Can we identity and restrict these actions solely without giving a blanket restrictions to a users ability in the repository..?

Any advice on this would be great! Thanks
