I-9 smart form

We used forms to "smart ask" answers on the I-9 form. With the new I-9 smart form becoming required in January, is anyone using Forms to complete this?

I've only done some cursory testing on this.

I assume your Forms process is to take the information submitted in your form, and then send it to a workflow that will fill in the new i-9 PDF and add it to the repository.

I tried to make the new i-9 work with the PDF tools in Workflow 10.1, but the dynamic fields used in that new i-9 are not supported.

It looks like that will not work without making changes to the PDF.

I have utilized the new forms in my new hire packet. I had to remove the smart tools and block the QR code. At that point i made it fill-able, and am using forms to complete my new fields. 

 

The QR code is not required in this version.
