Should there be a Play button for any task that is only suspended? In this case a user the task was being assigned to was not licensed. They are licensed now and I would like to continue.

User task is suspended when it can't assign any user when it is executed: either no user is configured or the user configured is not valid due to no license. You can reassign the task to those user if they are valid now. Support retry sounds like a good idea, I will bring it back to team.

Ah, that is all I needed. Going into the list of activities and re-assigning the task again worked and gets the process running. Thanks!

With Forms 11, you also can retry the suspended user task which has no user assigned, it will re-execute the assignment based on the user task settings.
